Best Recruiters 2025/26 Industry Winner – Gold for NOVOMATIC once again!
Once again, NOVOMATIC was awarded the industry winner (electrical/electronics manufacturing) and thus the golden seal in the Best Recruiters Study 2025/26! This outstanding ranking confirms the high quality of our recruiting processes and our attractiveness as an employer in the electrical industry.
The Best Recruiters Study is the largest recruiting study in the German-speaking world and annually evaluates the recruiting performance of over 1,200 of the largest employers in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein. The entire application process is analyzed using a scientifically based catalog of 330 individual criteria, with a focus on the candidate journey. This comprehensive feedback shows employers where they stand in the competition for the best talent and how they can optimize their recruiting strategies.
Kununu Top Company Seal 2026
NOVOMATIC was once again named a Top Company in 2026 and received the Top Company Award for its outstanding corporate culture.
The employer seal recognizes companies with high employee satisfaction and is awarded exclusively on the basis of independent reviews on kununu. Only about 5% of all companies on kununu are recognized as Top Companies each year. NOVOMATIC is thus one of the companies with the best working environment in Austria.

In 2025, NOVOMATIC has once again been recognized among the TOP 1% of employers in Austria, earning the prestigious LEADING EMPLOYER award.
The recognition is based on a comprehensive meta-analysis that evaluates over 200 independent sources, including employee satisfaction, HR performance, workplace quality, sustainability, and employer reputation. Around 40,000 companies in Austria are assessed — without applications or paid participation.

NOVOMATIC is among the five best employers in Lower Austria – this is confirmed by the latest study from the renowned MARKET Institute. In the overall ranking for Lower Austria 2025, NOVOMATIC achieved 5th place among over 200 evaluated companies. NOVOMATIC performed particularly well in the categories of 'future viability,' 'working conditions,' and 'well-being.' This underscores our continuous commitment to a modern, employee-oriented work environment as well as our forward-thinking corporate strategy. The ranking is based on a comprehensive analysis that evaluates five key factors from the perspective of the labor market-relevant population: working conditions, well-being, future viability, regional relevance, and reputation. This external perspective provides valuable insights into the perception of NOVOMATIC as an employer and highlights both our strengths and areas for development. Betriebliche Gesundheitsförderung (BGF)
NOVOMATIC has again renewed the seal of approval of the Austrian Network for Workplace Health Promotion (BGF) for the Gumpoldskirchen site. This seal of approval award is valid for the years 2023 to 2025.
The Austrian Health Insurance Fund awards the BGF seal to companies that pay particular attention to promoting the health of their employees. The audit examines a company's health orientation and awards prizes for its achievements in promoting employee health.
The BGF seal underscores NOVOMATIC's commitment to the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
Audit berufundfamilie (Work and Family Audit)
NOVOMATIC is committed to a family friendly working environment. It is very important to us that our employees are able to strike the right balance between their private and professional lives. We create flexible framework conditions to accommodate individual living situations.
In September 2015, we therefore took part in the “berufundfamilie” audit and were awarded the basic certificate. In February 2019, we received the full certificate. In 2021 and 2024, NOVOMATIC will once again receive the full certificate for “berufundfamilie” from the Federal Ministry for Women, Families and Youth. Furthermore, NOVOMATIC also received the additional certificate “Mobile Working”. This additional certificate is awarded to companies that have also rolled out a comprehensive home office agreement. During this audit, companies that undergo an evaluation and work on further optimizing their family friendliness are certified by the Federal Ministry for Family and Youth with a state seal of quality.

NOVOMATIC is proud to announce the company has been awarded the OPEN Company seal of quality. This seal is being distinguished by kununu.com, an employment review platform. With this seal, kununu.com honors companies that dispose a high readiness to engange in dialogue. The seal can only be achieved by actively calling employees to evaluate the company on kununu.com, commenting on already existing evaluations or providing an insight into day-to-day work. NOVOMATIC is proud to receive this seal for the open handling of its employees.
